The Family-to-Family Healthcare Information and Education Center is a three-year grant funded by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare. This grant calls for the creation of a statewide center that provides information and educational opportunities to families of children and youth with special health care needs.

Family TIES staff will work with consumer/support groups, provider agencies/insurance programs, and community-based organizations and businesses that provide “health-related” benefits. Staff will provide Information and Referral support to consumers, create a consumer “tool” for directing services and design educational materials.
